Job Title: Business Account Manager Location: Noida Experience Required: 12 Years Education Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream) Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Account Manager to manage and nurture relationships with our B2B clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in key account management, excellent communication skills, and a client-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow key client accounts through effective relationship management Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions Understand client requirements and provide strategic input to meet their business needs Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts Handle day-to-day client communication and resolve any service-related issues Track account metrics and provide regular reports to management Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer support teams for smooth execution Required Skills: Proven experience in key account management Strong client handling and interpersonal skills Experience in dealing with B2B clients Excellent communication and presentation abilities Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset and customer-first approach Preferred Attributes: A proactive attitude with attention to detail Strong organizational skills Experience in CRM tools and client reporting dashboards is a plus
