Regional Manager For Supply chain (North and West)

Job Title:

Regional Manager – Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations for the North and West regions
  
• Design and implement strategies for sourcing, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics
  
• Ensure efficient handling of

  cold storage

  ,

  dry storage

  , and

  ambient storage

  solutions
• Collaborate with vendors, distribution partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
  
• Optimize transportation and logistics costs without compromising service levels
  
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain efficiency and identify areas for improvement
  
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hospitality standards throughout the supply chain
  
• Work closely with procurement, operations, and finance teams to align supply chain goals with overall business objectives
  
• Regularly audit and evaluate supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies
  

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience in managing large-scale supply chain operations in the

  hospitality industry

• Strong knowledge of

  cold chain logistics

  dry warehousing

  , and

  ambient storage systems

• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
  
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management capabilities
  
• Ability to handle pressure, multi-location operations, and cross-functional coordination
  
• Proficiency in supply chain software and analytics tools
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related fields
  
• Certifications in logistics, cold chain management, or SCM tools will be an advantage
