Job Title: Regional Manager Supply Chain (North and West) Location: Noida Experience: 8 to 12 Years Education: Graduate (Post-Graduate Preferred) Industry Preference: Hospitality Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Manager – Supply Chain to oversee and manage supply chain operations across the North and West regions. The ideal candidate will come from a hospitality background and possess in-depth knowledge of cold, dry, and ambient storage logistics. This role is critical for ensuring a seamless and cost-effective supply chain function across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations for the North and West regions Design and implement strategies for sourcing, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics Ensure efficient handling of cold storage , dry storage , and ambient storage solutions Collaborate with vendors, distribution partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards Optimize transportation and logistics costs without compromising service levels Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain efficiency and identify areas for improvement Ensure compliance with food safety and hospitality standards throughout the supply chain Work closely with procurement, operations, and finance teams to align supply chain goals with overall business objectives Regularly audit and evaluate supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies Required Skills & Competencies: Proven experience in managing large-scale supply chain operations in the hospitality industry Strong knowledge of cold chain logistics , dry warehousing , and ambient storage systems Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills Excellent negotiation and vendor management capabilities Ability to handle pressure, multi-location operations, and cross-functional coordination Proficiency in supply chain software and analytics tools Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related fields Certifications in logistics, cold chain management, or SCM tools will be an advantage
