Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with students regarding enrollment for medical courses, including providing course information and guiding them through the admission process.
Handle student fee submission, EMI plans, and liaise with banks for payments and related processes.
Maintain accurate student records and databases, ensuring timely updates of enrollment and payment details.
Arrange lectures, schedules, and coordinate with faculty and internal teams for smooth academic operations.
Attend and respond to student and prospective student inquiries via calls, emails, or in-person.
Convert prospective student leads into confirmed admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.
Assist in the preparation of reports and maintain administrative documentation related to students.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in academic coordination, admissions, or related roles.
BHMS graduate preferred.
Excellent spoken and written English; strong listening and communication skills.
Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, email, and basic database management).
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in medical or healthcare education institutions
Familiarity with banking procedures related to student fee payments.
