Job Title: Academy Coordinator Location: Sholinganallur, Chennai (On-site) Job Type: Full-Time Work Days: Monday to Saturday Experience: 1–5 years preferred Languages: English & Tamil (Fluent) We are hiring a dedicated and organized Academy Coordinator for our Tamil Language, Arts & Culture Academy in Sholinganallur, Chennai . This is a full-time, in-office role focused on student lead follow-up, admissions, class monitoring , and overall coordination. Ideal for someone fluent in Tamil and English , with basic computer and good communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and email Follow up with student leads and convert them into confirmed admissions Share updates and reminders with students and parents via WhatsApp/email Assist with organizing events, performances, and exams Provide regular updates to management and support faculty needs Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 1–3 years of experience in academic/admin/student coordination preferred Fluent in Tamil and English (spoken and written) Good communication and follow-up skills Computer knowledge: MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) Email drafting and sending WhatsApp communication Posting on social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and performance) Why Join Us?
