Role: Academic Operations Coordinator

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily academic operations, ensuring smooth classroom and IT setup.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for course delivery and scheduling.
  • Resolve academic and administrative queries within 24 hours.
  • Coordinate assignments, exams, and student records for accurate tracking.
  • Work closely with faculty and administration to streamline processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Education, Business, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of experience in academic operations or administration.
  • Proficiency in LMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage data with accuracy and coordinate across teams.
