Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Sports Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations related to the sport, ensure the smooth functioning of the facility, manage team scheduling, and maintain equipment. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for customer experience, coordinate events, and implement safety protocols. Additionally, the role includes managing budget, inventory, and handling inquiries and feedback from members.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail operations and customer interaction; the role has a strong Hospitality angle to it
• Proficiency in customer service and event coordination
• Knowledge of safety protocols and equipment maintenance is a plus, but not mandatory
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent English communication is very important
• Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations
• Experience in the fitness or leisure industry is a plus
• Must be ready to work on weekends
