Job Title: Operations Manager – Testing Business

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our testing and certification business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of processes, maintaining quality standards, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the testing business
• Develop, implement, and improve operational procedures and workflows
• Manage and lead staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Monitor progress of testing processes to ensure accuracy, reliability, and timeliness
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies as needed
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing operations within a testing, quality control, or laboratory environment
• Strong understanding of testing processes, testing methods, and quality standards
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field
• Relevant certifications
• Experience with accreditation and regulatory audits

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
