Academic Manager

Job Title :

Key Responsibilities:

Onboard and manage expert trainers
Coordinate with the trainer to develop and update curriculum with industry relevance
Oversee training sessions and resource creation
Update LMS
Monitor trainer performance and course quality
Support students and track course outcomes
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate with 5+ years in academic management or instructional design
Strong grasp of pedagogy, online training methods, and LMS tools
Excellent communication in Marathi, Hindi, English
Detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about education and skill development
