Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct
teacher training, orientations, and academic workshops
for program rollout.
Monitor and support implementation of
curriculum, digital content, labs, and assessments
in partner schools.
Coordinate the availability and usage of
textbooks, teaching aids, digital tools, and lab materials
.
Facilitate smooth execution of
assessments, ERP usage, reporting, and academic compliance
.
Maintain regular communication with
school leadership, teachers, and internal academic teams
.
Track school program performance, troubleshoot issues, and share timely reports.
Support
academic audits, classroom observations, data-driven improvements
, and school visits.

Required Candidate Profile

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience in
teacher training, academic operations, or curriculum implementation
.
Comfortable using
technology tools, ERP systems, LMS, and digital classrooms
.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and school relationships.
Graduate/Postgraduate in
Education, Science, English, or related fields
preferred.
Willingness to travel
1015 days/month
.
