About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert leads

    generated through various marketing channels into paid enrollments.
  • Conduct detailed

    counselling sessions in Hindi and English

    to understand the students goals and recommend suitable programs.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets

    through strategic follow-ups and objection handling.
  • Build strong rapport

    with prospects over phone, video calls, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Maintain proper

    CRM documentation

    of calls, follow-ups, and conversion status.
  • Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to optimize conversion strategies.
  • Provide

    accurate program information

    , pricing, and batch schedules confidently and clearly.

Requirements:

  • Education:

    Any Graduate
  • Experience:

    Minimum 1 year in sales/counselling preferably in the

    EdTech industry.

Skills:

  • Fluency in both Hindi and English (mandatory)

  • Strong persuasion skills and ability to close sales.
  • Experience working with

    daily/weekly sales targets

    .
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
  • Prior experience in academic sales / B2C sales in EdTech.
