Job Title:

Business Development Executive (BDE) / Senior BDE / Business Development Manager (BDM)

/ Team Leader (TL)

Location: Noida, Sector 2 (Work from Office)

Salary: ₹3 LPA to ₹5 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Experience Required: 1 to 4 Years ( Edtech Preffered)

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (First Saturday of every month is off)

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and convert them into successful enrollments through effective counseling. Understand students’ educational backgrounds and career aspirations to recommend suitable distance learning programs.

Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing students. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.

Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth admission process.

Lead, guide, and support junior team members (for TL/BDM roles).

Keep track of industry trends and competitors to improve outreach strategies.


Desired Candidate Profile:

1 to 4 years of experience in business development, counseling, sales, or a similar role (preferably in Ed-tech or education counseling).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets. Proven ability to manage time and work independently.

Leadership or team-handling experience is a plus for BDM/TL roles.

Minimum educational qualification: Graduate (any stream).
