Academic counsellor

Key Responsibilities

• Student Counselling: Understand student profiles and advise on suitable universities, courses, and study destinations.
• Application Support: Help with applications, SOPs, LORs, transcripts, and other documentation.
• Visa & Documentation: Guide students through visa requirements and the documentation process.
• Events & Outreach: Organize or attend webinars, seminars, and fairs to promote services.
• Follow-ups & Reporting: Track application progress and maintain regular communication with students and families.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on international admission trends, scholarships, and visa policies.
• Collaboration: Work with team members and external institutions to streamline the counselling process.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree; fields like education, counseling, or international relations preferred.
• Experience: Generally 0–3 years in overseas education counselling; some roles ask for 2+ years. Freshers may be considered.
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal & written communication (English; regional languages like Malayalam a plus), strong organizational skills.
• Technical Know‑How: Comfort with MS Office, CRM tools, research platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
