Job Description

Job Title: ACE Coordinator

About the Role

We’re hiring energetic and creative ACE Coordinators to support admissions, academic operations, and classroom engagement at VIBGYOR ACE . This role blends coordination, teaching support, and on-ground execution.

Responsibilities

Support and drive school admissions and parent counselling
Assist in academic delivery with engaging activities, especially in Science
Maintain attendance, records, and day-to-day school operations
Coordinate between school teams and Ariv’s central team
Conduct sessions and follow-ups with parents and students

Ideal Candidate

Graduate/Postgraduate (Education/Science preferred)
Strong teaching background (preferably Science)
Creative, high-energy, confident storyteller (performing arts is a plus)
Excellent communication (English required)
Prior school/EdTech coordination experience preferred
Willing to work full-time from school (Mon–Sat)
