Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on universities, courses, countries, application processes, and visa procedures.
• Understand students' academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals to suggest suitable course and university options.
• Assist students through the entire admission lifecycle—from shortlisting universities to application submission and follow-up.

Test Prep Counselling

• Advise students on the most suitable English proficiency or test prep programs (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, GRE, SAT, etc.).
• Schedule demo sessions and coordinate with trainers and academic heads.
• Track student progress and ensure their preparedness for exams.

Follow-Up and Relationship Management

• Maintain strong communication and follow-up with leads, prospects, and enrolled students.
• Build and maintain positive student relationships to encourage referrals and long-term engagement.

Sales & Conversion

• Achieve monthly counselling and enrolment targets for both study abroad and test prep verticals.
• Handle telephonic, walk-in, and online counselling inquiries professionally.

Coordination & Documentation

• Coordinate with admissions and operations teams for document verification, SOP guidance, and university follow-ups.
• Maintain records of all interactions using CRM tools or internal software.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline .
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in academic counselling, preferably in study abroad or test prep.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Good understanding of international education systems (UK, Canada, USA, Australia, etc.).
• Target-driven with a strong sales orientation.
• Friendly, empathetic, and professional personality.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of the visa process and university portals.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
• Prior experience in handling IELTS/PTE counselling is a plus.
