Job Title : Inside Sales Executive – Study Abroad Counsellor Location : Chennai Job Type : Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team and help students achieve their dreams of studying abroad. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our test preparation programs for standardized exams like SAT, GRE, IELTS, and GMAT. Your role will involve engaging with potential students and parents, understanding their requirements, and guiding them toward the best course options. Key Responsibilities: Lead Conversion: Engage with inbound inquiries and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to convert them into enrollments. Counseling & Consultation: Assess students' study abroad goals and recommend suitable test preparation courses. Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets through proactive sales efforts. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with students and parents to ensure a smooth and supportive enrollment process. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM system. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and academic teams to enhance sales strategies and student engagement. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Experience: 1-3 years in inside sales, edtech sales, or counseling, preferably in the test prep or study abroad industry. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office, and online communication tools.
