Job Title: Academic Coordinator
Location: Thane and Rabale, Maharashtra
Salary: ₹22,000/month

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Academic Coordinator to join our team. The ideal
candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in the EdTech sector and will play a key role
in ensuring the smooth execution of academic programs. The Academic Coordinator will be
responsible for coordinating with educators, students, and other stakeholders, ensuring high-
quality learning experiences, and managing academic operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Program Coordination: Manage the scheduling and delivery of academic programs and
classes. Ensure that curriculum and lesson plans are being followed and deadlines are
met.
●
Student Support: Act as a point of contact for students, answering academic queries,
providing support for academic concerns, and addressing any issues or feedback.
●
Communication: Liaise between instructors, students, and parents (if applicable) to
ensure clear communication and understanding of academic progress.
●
Documentation: Maintain accurate academic records, reports, and attendance logs for all
students.
●
Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of teaching and learning, ensure adherence to
curriculum standards, and provide feedback to educators.
●
Curriculum Support: Assist in the development, review, and modification of the academic
curriculum, ensuring that it aligns with learning goals and industry standards.
●
Training Support: Help onboard and provide training to new educators or staff members
on academic processes, tools, and systems.
●
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing academic events, workshops, webinars, and
assessments.
Skills & Qualifications:
●
Minimum 6 months of experience in the EdTech sector, preferably in an academic
coordination or similar role.
●
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
●
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
●
Basic understanding of academic planning, curriculum design, and educational tools.
●
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant
educational tools.
●
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
●
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
●
Passion for education and student success.
Preferred Qualifications:
●
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
●
Background in education, teaching, or curriculum development is a plus
