Job Summary:

The Academic Coordinator is responsible for the smooth planning, execution, and monitoring of academic activities across programs. This role involves coordinating with faculty, students, and administration to ensure timely delivery of curriculum, academic compliance, and student support.


Key Responsibilities:

Academic Planning & Scheduling

  • Prepare timetables, and faculty allocations in coordination with the Head of Academics.
  • Ensure timely circulation of syllabi, and session schedules.
  • Track course coverage and ensure timely completion of modules.

Faculty Coordination

  • Coordinate with visiting faculty regarding schedules, material requirements, and administrative support.
  • Maintain faculty databases and track session delivery.
  • Coordinate feedback mechanisms and evaluation reports.

Student Engagement & Operational Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for academic queries and student grievances.
  • Track student attendance, academic progress, and eligibility criteria for assessments.
  • Share academic performance reports with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain academic records, reports, and documentation as per regulatory and accreditation standards.

Event & Program Coordination

  • Assist in organizing academic events such as guest lectures, workshops, seminars, and industry interactions.
  • Coordinate capstone projects, internships, and independent studies with internal and external mentors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field.
  • Freshers with the right skills and attitude are welcome

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Online meeting platforms, and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Availability on weekends, especially Sunday (A Weekday will be given as Comp. off)
