Role Overview:

Academic Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day academic operations including classroom, IT, and logistics coordination.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) – upload materials, update schedules, and ensure easy access for students and faculty.
• Track and manage student attendance and leaves.
• Assist with assignments, exams, and class recordings.
• Coordinate with admin teams.
• Address student and faculty queries with quick turnaround.
• Maintain records related to attendance, assignments, and course performance.
• Help maintain discipline and assist with resolving classroom issues on the spot.

What We’re Looking For:

• Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in academic coordination/operations are welcome.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage details with accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with students, faculty, and teams.
