Role Description We are seeking a full-time Academic Advisor to join our team on-site in Sonapur, Assam. The Academic Advisor will play a vital role in supporting students through their academic journey and ensuring students’ overall growth and development. Key responsibilities include: Providing academic guidance and counselling to students. Developing personalised academic plans tailored to individual student needs. Collaborating with teachers and parents to track and enhance student progress. Supporting teachers in aligning their teaching methods with student success goals. Assisting in planning and implementing strategies for students’ holistic development. Qualifications Student Counselling and Communication skills Background in Education and understanding of educational systems Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with students Experience in a school setting is beneficial A Bachelor’s degree is required. A Bachelor's degree in education is preferred. Master's degree in any related field is preferred.

Develop creative and fun teaching techniques to keep children motivated and interested in learning. Maintain a positive, cheerful, and safe classroom environment where every child feels valued. Observe and assess each student’s progress and report regularly to parents and school administration. Manage classroom behaviour effectively with patience, care, and understanding. Incorporate storytelling, art, games, songs, and visual aids to enhance the learning experience. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan events, celebrations, and school activities. Maintain discipline and order in the classroom while promoting respect and kindness among students. Stay updated with modern teaching techniques and early childhood learning trends. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree (in any discipline). Preferred Qualification: B.Ed. or equivalent in Early Childhood Education. Experience: Prior teaching experience in a pre-primary or early primary setting is preferred. Skills Required: Excellent communication and conversation skills in English and Hindi. Strong understanding of child psychology and early learning needs. Creativity and enthusiasm to make every class engaging. Ability to simplify concepts and explain them clearly. Patience, compassion, and ability to handle children aged under 6 years. Motivation to learn, innovate, and grow as an educator.
