Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Academic Advisor to join our team on-site in Sonapur, Assam. The Academic Advisor will play a vital role in supporting students through their academic journey and ensuring students’ overall growth and development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing academic guidance and counselling to students.
• Developing personalised academic plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Collaborating with teachers and parents to track and enhance student progress.
• Supporting teachers in aligning their teaching methods with student success goals.
• Assisting in planning and implementing strategies for students’ holistic development.

Qualifications

• Student Counselling and Communication skills
• Background in Education and understanding of educational systems
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with students
• Experience in a school setting is beneficial
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in education is preferred.
• Master's degree in any related field is preferred.
