Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Advisor, based in Noida. The Academic Advisor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students regarding their academic and career aspirations. This includes assisting with course selections, helping set educational and career goals, offering resources for skill development, and addressing individual concerns. The advisor will communicate regularly with students to ensure they stay on track and foster a constructive, supportive environment for their personal growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students toward their academic and professional goals.
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with students and understand their needs.
• Experience in Academic Advising and knowledge of education systems to provide targeted advice on courses and programs.
• A deep understanding of the educational landscape and ability to guide students through academic challenges.
• Empathy, problem-solving skills, and a passion for supporting student success.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred, and familiarity with student-focused platforms or programs is a plus.
