Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Inside Sales Associate. The role involves building and managing client relationships, understanding customer needs, generating and nurturing leads, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Inside Sales Associate will also manage accounts and support potential and existing customers, providing solutions that align with their goals and the company’s mission.

Qualifications

• Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
• Proficiency in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Previous experience in the edtech industry or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred
