ETL offers a comprehensive suite of services designed to enhance the learning experience for students across the country with latest AI based technology. MY Exam Room: Offers simulated exams that mirror real test conditions, including topic-specific tests and full-length mock exams, helping students build confidence and reduce exam stress. AI-Powered Learning Assistant (TONY): TONY personalizes study plans based on individual strengths and weaknesses, provides instant explanations for complex concepts, and offers 24/7 support, making learning more efficient and accessible. Roles & Responsibilities: Calling & Follow-Up: Engage with potential students and parents to communicate about ease of learning’s exam prep course. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales closing lifecycle for assigned leads, including: Interest Creation: Generate interest amongst the students Product Demonstration: Effectively demonstrate the benefits and features of easetolearn offerings. Sales Closing: Convert leads into customers by closing sales. Post-Sales Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with customers after the sale Continuous Communication: Maintain consistent communication with leads through phone, email, chat, and social media during the pre- and post-sales processes. Required Skills: Work Experience: A minimum of six months of edtech sales experience is required. Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to understand and effectively engage in sales processes. Goal Orientation: Strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills with a strong emphasis on understanding and meeting customer needs. Communication & Influencing Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and engage with strangers, making persuasive arguments for easetolearn offerings. Self-motivation & Energy: High levels of self-motivation and energy to thrive in a dynamic work environment. High Integrity: Demonstrated honesty and strong ethical principles in all dealings.
