Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for an Academic Advisor. The Academic Advisor will work closely with students to provide guidance on academic and career-related matters, assist with course selection, and create personalized academic plans. The role involves counseling students on educational opportunities, helping them navigate their career pathways, and maintaining records of student progress. Collaboration with faculty and other staff to ensure student success is also a key component of the role.

Qualifications

• Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to guide students in academic and career decision-making effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues with empathy and professionalism.
• Proven experience in Academic Advising and Education to support students in achieving their academic and professional goals.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and foster a positive learning environment.
• Relevant experience in training or counseling is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
