Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Advisor located in Chandigarh, India. The Academic Advisor will be responsible for providing student counseling, academic advising, and career counseling. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with students to discuss their academic and career goals, developing individualized education plans, and providing guidance on course selection and career opportunities. The role also involves collaborating with faculty and staff to support student success.

• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Academic Advising and Education
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to build rapport with students and staff
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Experience in an academic advising role is a plus
