We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Academic Advisor to join our Digital Marketing School at HACA. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in EdTech sales with a strong ability to guide, counsel, and convert potential learners into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with prospective students and provide academic counseling on course offerings.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/enrollment targets.

• Maintain follow-ups and ensure smooth onboarding of students.

• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for lead management.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech sales or academic counseling.

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

•Fluent in Malayalam, ensuring effective communication and support for regional students and clients.

• Self-motivated and result-oriented professional.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
