About the Role:

We are hiring a dedicated and dynamic Academic Counselor for our PhD program admissions team. Based out of our Noida office, this is a full-time, onsite role requiring night shift availability aligned with US time zones. The counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective PhD applicants through the admissions process, ensuring a smooth and informed enrollment experience.

Key Responsibilities

:1. Counsel prospective PhD students via phone, email, and video calls.2. Understand each candidate's academic background, career goals, and research interests to offer personalized guidance.3. Provide detailed information on program structure, eligibility, admission process, and timelines.4. Maintain and manage leads and ensure timely follow-ups.5. Drive conversions by assisting applicants through documentation and enrollment steps.6. Coordinate with internal academic, admissions, and support teams to deliver a seamless experience.

Candidate Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in academic counseling or education sales (PhD program experience is a plus).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to work in a full-time US shift from the Noida office.Strong organizational skills with a student-first approach.Experience with CRM or lead management tools is advantageous.
