The Academic Advisor will be responsible for providing student counseling and career counseling, assisting in academic advising, and communicating effectively with students and working professionals. The role involves helping students navigate their educational and career paths, supporting them in their academic decisions, and ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed. Key Responsibilities • Making inbound /outbound sales calls. • Create awareness about our program offerings, pitch the right offering, and deliver proper counselling. • Proactively follow up with potential prospects. • Follow quality parameters, ethical work procedure, set by the organization. • Build trust with clients and if necessary encourage them to visit our office to ensure maximum lead conversion. • Maintaining an accurate database of the call records and presentation of the same on a timely basis. • Create healthy team relationships. Ensure efficient follow-ups to customers and maintain high service standards. Eligibility Criteria Excellent communication is mandatory - English & Regional Language, preferred to have an end-to-end sales experience.
