We are looking for driven Academic Advisors & Senior Academic Advisors to join our admissions and counselling team!

📝 Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Make inbound/outbound calls to counsel prospective students.

🔹 Pitch relevant programs and create awareness about our offerings.

🔹 Proactively follow up on leads and ensure conversions.

🔹 Maintain ethical and quality standards in all communication.

🔹 Build rapport and trust with learners – office visits encouraged.

🔹 Keep accurate records and present updates regularly.

🔹 Foster team collaboration and maintain service excellence.

👤 Eligibility:

✔ Excellent English & regional language communication skills.

✔ Any Graduate/Postgraduate (EdTech or sales experience is a plus).

✔ Strong interpersonal & follow-up skills.

💸 Compensation:

Fixed: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000/month +
