Academic Counselor (Female)

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective PhD students.

• Understand student requirements and suggest suitable research programs and services.

• Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries.

• Conduct seminars, webinars, and counseling sessions for potential students.

• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into successful enrollments.

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to drive targeted campaigns and events.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.

• Maintain a high level of knowledge about PhD domains, research trends, and company offerings.

• Provide leadership in student engagement and outreach activities.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication (English & Tamil preferred).

• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.

• Confident public speaker for seminars and webinars.

• Result-oriented mindset with a passion for education and counseling.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any discipline (Education/Management preferred).

• Prior experience in academic counseling or education sales is a plus.

• Freshers with strong communication and a learning mindset are welcome.
