Career Counselor / Academic Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective learners about available programs and guide them toward suitable academic choices.
• Explain course structure, eligibility, and career outcomes effectively.
• Manage end-to-end enrollment process, ensuring documentation and fee completion.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads and convert inquiries into successful admissions.
• Support learners post-enrollment with academic guidance and onboarding assistance.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions on CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the learner experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic listener with a problem-solving approach.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in counseling, education sales, or academic advising preferred.
