Job Title : Academic Advisor – MBA/PGDM Admissions Organization : Parkcareer 360 Location : Indore Employment Type : Full-time About the Role: Parkcareer 360 is seeking an enthusiastic and student-oriented Academic Advisor to guide MBA/PGDM aspirants throughout their admission journey. The role involves student counseling, lead management, collaboration with B-Schools, and ensuring a smooth and informed admission process. Key Responsibilities: Guide students in selecting the right MBA/PGDM college and program. Connect with potential candidates through calls, emails, and meetings. Build and maintain strong relationships with B-Schools and partner institutions. Contribute to marketing and outreach efforts to attract new students. Support students with applications, documentation, and deadlines. Maintain accurate student data and track progress using CRM tools. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Education, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and a student-first attitude.
