About the Role:

Parkcareer 360 is seeking an enthusiastic and student-oriented Academic Advisor to guide MBA/PGDM aspirants throughout their admission journey. The role involves student counseling, lead management, collaboration with B-Schools, and ensuring a smooth and informed admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide students in selecting the right MBA/PGDM college and program.
• Connect with potential candidates through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with B-Schools and partner institutions.
• Contribute to marketing and outreach efforts to attract new students.
• Support students with applications, documentation, and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate student data and track progress using CRM tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Education, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and a student-first attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn CRM tools.
• Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
