Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Advisor located in Indore. The Academic Advisor will be responsible for providing guidance to students on academic matters, helping students develop academic plans, and monitoring their progress. The Advisor will also work closely with teachers and other staff to ensure students meet their academic goals, as well as conduct workshops and counseling sessions to support student development.

Qualifications

• Experience in academic advising, educational counseling, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in developing academic plans and monitoring student progress
• Ability to conduct workshops and counseling sessions
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Commitment to supporting student development and academic achievement
• Experience with educational technology is a plus
