Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Advisor located in Chennai. The Academic Advisor will be responsible for student counseling, career counseling, academic advising, and providing guidance on educational options. The role includes helping students develop educational plans, providing advice on course selection, and supporting students' academic and career goals. The goal is to ensure students succeed academically and are prepared for their professional journeys.

Qualifications

• Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Academic Advising and Education knowledge
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Experience in academic advising or a similar role is a plus
