Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Officer based in Jaipur. The Admissions Officer will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, managing applications, conducting interviews, and communicating with international students. The individual will also provide exceptional customer service, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless admissions experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and counsel prospective students.
• Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses.
• Maintain follow-ups to ensure smooth admissions.
• Achieve weekly/monthly enrollment targets.
• Maintain CRM/database accuracy.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams for feedback sharing.

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in EdTech, academic counseling, or DLP segment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong listening skills and empathy to understand learner challenges.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
