About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Analyst with expertise in Power BI and Tableau to lead our data visualization and analytics efforts.In this role, you will drive the creation of insightful dashboards and reports that empower business stakeholders to make informed decisions.Youll lead a team of analysts, collaborating across departments to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.If youre passionate about storytelling with data and have a strong technical background in BI tools, this is an excellent opportunity to make a strategic impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand analytics needs, translate them into technical requirements, and deliver impactful data solutions.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts, fostering best practices in data analysis and visualization.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports and dashboards.
  • Develop and maintain data models, datasets, and data pipelines to support reporting needs.
  • Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and business insights.
  • Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, data governance, and self-service analytics capabilities.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Power BI, Tableau features, and BI industry trends to innovate solutions.

Requirements

Experience :

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior analyst capacity.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau for data visualization and dashboard development.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts and working with large datasets.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and Tableau calculations.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of data governance, data quality, and security best practices.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Leadership experience, with ability to mentor and guide a team.
  • Ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights
