Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls for US customers
Provide accurate information regarding product Service
Resolve customer queries in a professional and empathetic manner
Meet daily call quality, productivity, and TAT targets
Accurately document customer interactions in the system (CRM)

Eligibility Criteria:

Freshers with excellent English communication are welcome
Minimum 6 months to 1+ year experience in International BPO – Voice Process preferred
Candidates should have all valid documents including salary, experience and offer letter proof
Comfortable with night shifts and rotational week offs
Strong interpersonal and listening skills
