Zoom AI DevOps Engineer

.We are seeking a skilled DevOps engineer to design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure that supports AI-driven services. In this role, you will leverage Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) to automate workflows, manage production deployments, and ensure system reliability across multi-cloud and on-premises environments. You will collaborate closely with software engineers, infrastructure teams, and product managers to enhance performance, optimize automation practices, and maintain high availability of AI services. This position offers hands-on exposure to cutting-edge technologies, including Kubernetes, AWS, and large-scale distributed systems. You will also participate in on-call rotations and occasional weekend deployments to maintain operational excellence.
- Accountabilities:
- Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure for AI services, ensuring high reliability and scalability.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and configuration management tools like Ansible.
- Manage Kubernetes-based production deployments, including Docker workloads and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize automation and system performance.
- Participate in on-call rotations and support weekend deployments as needed.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements in operations.
- Guide and mentor engineers on best practices for DevOps and cloud-native operations.
- Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Cloud or DevOps engineer.
- Hands-on experience with production deployments on Kubernetes and large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in AWS services and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and configuration management tools (Ansible).
- Experience with programming or scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools for cloud infrastructure.
