Job Description

Role & responsibilities - Strategize, plan and execute the acquisition plan for the Zone; - Drive the key product parameters, sales, client acquisition and deliver product P&L for the Zone; - Build and lead a highly effective team; - Responsible to deliver on the goals of customer and employee satisfaction; - Conceptualize and develop marketing plans for the products in line with the business plan; - To develop the product and define strategies to deliver Net Income in compliance with organization's goal; - Conceive and execute key projects for Mortgages business and work across functions to ensure delivery of project objectives ; - To design new products in line with business strategy and continuously improvise on existing offerings; - To analyze business & competition data to identify trends & new opportunities; - Continuously monitor, assess, anticipate and meet requirements of the field sales with respect to policy and process simplification to reinforce the product in the market; - Design promotional schemes and contests for supporting higher sales and motivating channels; - Design contests and other promotional schemes to drive sales; - To appoint & establish the corporate sales channel; - Responsible for Collections of delinquent accounts and manage quality portfolio
