Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Zonal Sales Manager based in Kochi. The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet organizational goals, managing and motivating the sales team, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. The role also involves monitoring market trends, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience Sales, 5 + years experience in Edtech sales
• Strong sales, business development, and client relationship management skills
• Proficiency in market analysis, strategy implementation, and revenue planning
• Experience in leadership, team management, and motivating sales teams to achieve targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Previous experience in automation or related industries is highly desirable
