Zonal Sales Manager

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. Overseeing all business-related activities conducted in a particular 'zone', ensuring the growth of business and profits of a company in a particular zone

Key Accountabilities: Sales and Customer relationship:

• Achievement of Sales target of Zone
• New customer acquisition and old customer retention
• Dormant customer conversion
• SY redemption
• Profitability at zone
• stock rotation

Store and compliance Audit

• Maintaining the SOP
• Maintaining statutory compliance
• Maintaining store interior, staff decorum, store security with check list and follow up

Competition analysis

• Business Development
• Store events and promotion, audit of marketing activity and new BTL planning
• New hyper local updated design development
• New business / profitable category expansion plan

Inventory

• Identification of appropriate products (Fast moving designs)
• Super stock maintaining

HR and Administration

• Staff recruitment and retention with planning

Qualification - Post-Graduation (Preferred)

Experience - 12 to 14 years

CTC Budget - 16 to 18 LPA + Huge Incentive
