Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reception Assistant located in Asansol. The Reception Assistant will be responsible for handling receptionist duties, managing phone calls with proper etiquette, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The Reception Assistant will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Administrative Assistance
• Ability to maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certification is a plus
