We're looking for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of success in General Trade sales.

Experience:

8-12 years of progressive experience

Zonal/Regional Manager role

-Demonstrated experience in the beverage industry is highly preferred.

-Proven success in building, leading and motivating high-performing sales teams.

-Strong understanding of the West India market dynamics and consumer behavior.

Education:

field. An MBA is a plus.

Skills:

- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.

- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.

- Proficiency in sales software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Ability to travel extensively within the West India region.
