Zonal Sales Manager

You will be responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly targets. Your role will involve overseeing the sales process and operations, analyzing business potential, and devising strategies to drive sales in order to optimize revenue. This includes identifying and developing new market segments, as well as exploring profitable business opportunities. Building and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in your assigned territory will be crucial. You will also be responsible for expanding partnerships with doctors and hospitals to enhance sales. Monitoring sales performance through MIS reports, providing coaching for improved performance, and motivating team members to achieve targets will be part of your responsibilities. You will also ensure that marketing campaigns are effectively utilized to maximize their impact. Regular travel to different locations will be necessary to gain insights into ongoing processes, address key issues promptly, and take necessary actions in a timely manner. You are expected to be present in the market at least 5 days a week, making calls and leading by example. Keeping the Head Office informed about important developments on a need-to-know basis is essential. Additionally, you may be required to perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the management. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in managing sales, marketing, or business development teams. Ability to work well under sales pressure and meet targets is also essential for this role.,
