Job Description

Objective:

  • Execution of sales through development of new sales channels and technologies.
  • Development and implementation tools for POS and all types of sellers productivity improvement.
  • Provide Sales network with stable, productive and cost-effective manpower in mid-term and long-term perspectives.
  • Development and implementation of sales execution strategies for new companys products and technologies.
  • Participate in development of objectives, policies, processes, incentive systems and training materials for Sales

Role & responsibilities

  • Sales plan execution accordantly to annual and monthly sales objectives.
  • Developing and implementing tools for POS productivity and efficiency growth
  • Distribute knowledge and information about new Companys products and business initiatives across the Network.
  • Cooperating with Network, Training, Analytics departments, Finance, Security and Risk in terms of POS productivity improvement.
  • Accordant with responsibility area:
  • Direct the operation of the processes, autonomously within established procedures and practices as well under general supervision on unusual matters and also reviewing progress with the management
  • Anticipates patterns and links; looks beyond the immediate problem to the wider implications.
  • Generate new and innovative solutions in complex problems to take new perspective using existing solutions by using best practice and knowledge.
  • Participation in designing and implementation of policies and procedures to facilitate processes and correct the procedural problems.
  • Adapt departmental plans and priorities to overcome operational challenges, budgeting and cost controlling.
  • Provide guidance, coaching and mentoring to subordinates and colleagues

Preferred candidate profile

  • More than 12+ years professional experience
  • Proven Project management experience
  • 8-10 year experience in Sales network, agent network , channel Management, Dealer management.
  • Experience in developing of motivation, incentive systems
  • Proven sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets, handling General trade
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • Bachelors degree Management;
  • South Multi Language
  • Prefer Industry: Consumer Durable & BFSI (CD products only)
