Zonal Product Lead- HCIT

As the Zonal Product Lead - HCIT at FUJIFILM India Pvt. Ltd., your primary responsibility will be to manage and coordinate healthcare IT products within the assigned zone in Mumbai. Your role involves driving product-related initiatives and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, supporting sales strategies, providing product training, monitoring market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction are also key aspects of the role. Your performance will be measured based on achieving key performance metrics. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate healthcare IT products in the assigned zone - Drive product-related initiatives to meet organizational goals - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales strategies - Provide product training and presentations to stakeholders - Monitor market trends and analyze product performance - Ensure customer satisfaction and achieve key performance metrics Qualifications: - Proven expertise in Healthcare IT, including PACS, RIS, 3D, VNA, Mobility, and product management - Strong experience in sales management, business development, and client relationship management - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing market trends and product performance - Ability to collaborate and coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders - Relevant educational background in healthcare, IT, management, or related disciplines - Experience in managing zonal or regional operations is an advantage - Proficiency in using business tools such as CRM software, spreadsheets, and analytics platforms,
