Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager - West IVD located in Mumbai. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities in the West region. Key duties include developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, overseeing the implementation of sales strategies, achieving sales targets, conducting market analysis, and reporting on sales performance. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and effective communication of market needs. Qualifications Proven experience in sales management, especially in the healthcare or IVD industry Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills Managing the existing and appointing new channel partners in the West region. Working with them on a day-to-day basis Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets Excellent analytical skills for market analysis and sales performance reporting Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills Willingness to travel within the West region as required Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plusì
