Job Description

Job Overview: The Zonal Head is responsible for overseeing and driving sales performance across multiple districts within their designated zone. This role involves managing District Heads, ensuring operational efficiency, resolving challenges, and developing strategic initiatives to enhance Zodi Silver’s market presence and revenue growth. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Market Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve zonal targets. Monitor and ensure the achievement of sales objectives across districts. Identify growth opportunities and market expansion possibilities within the zone. 2. District-Level Oversight & Leadership: Supervise District Heads and provide guidance on achieving sales goals. Conduct regular meetings to review performance, address challenges, and ensure alignment with company objectives. Support District Heads in building and strengthening retail networks. Collaborate with Respective District Stockiest on Sales and Inventory. 3. Operational & Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze zonal sales data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the Regional Head. Optimize operational workflows for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness. 4. Problem Resolution & Retail Support: Address and resolve operational issues impacting district-level sales. Assist District Heads in negotiating and securing high-value retail partnerships. Ensure smooth supply chain operations and timely product distribution. 5. Compliance & Brand Representation: Ensure all districts within the zone adhere to Zodi Silver’s sales policies and branding guidelines. Monitor and enforce compliance with company ethics and operational procedures. Strengthen Zodi Silver’s reputation by maintaining consistency in marketing and customer engagement efforts.
