State Sales Manager

You will lead and oversee all sales operations within the assigned state to ensure seamless execution of business strategies, operational excellence, and sales growth at Zodi Silver. Your role will involve developing and implementing high-level sales strategies to drive growth across all regions, monitoring Regional Heads" performance, and identifying market trends for expansion. It will be your responsibility to set sales targets, mitigate operational risks, and implement efficient workflows for smooth sales and distribution operations. You will analyze sales data, implement incentive structures, and ensure seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and distribution teams to optimize performance. As the State Head, you will oversee Regional, Zonal, and District Heads to ensure structured operations, maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, stockiest, and corporate retail clients, and ensure adherence to company policies, branding, and ethical sales practices.
